ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Full & Renewal

Advanced life support skills, including CPR, AED use, and management of respiratory arrest, arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes and stroke. Results in an AHA ACLS Healthcare Provider course completion card.

 

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Full & Renewal

PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

 

ACLS/BLS Combination Renewal

Our ACLS and BLS Combo Course is designed for healthcare professionals who require both ACLS and BLS certifications for their practice, including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and allied healthcare providers. By completing this combined course, participants will not only fulfill the requirements for ACLS and BLS certification but also gain a comprehensive understanding of the continuum of care in cardiac emergencies.

AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED

The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR/AED course is a vital training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies. Geared towards lay rescuers and individuals in non-healthcare settings, this course emphasizes hands-on practice and scenario-based learning to ensure participants feel confident and prepared to act in critical situations.

The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid course is a vital training program meticulously designed to arm individuals with the knowledge and skills essential for responding effectively to cardiac emergencies and basic first aid situations. Tailored for lay rescuers and individuals in non-healthcare settings, this comprehensive course prioritizes hands-on practice and scenario-based learning, ensuring participants feel confident and ready to take action in critical situations.

PEARS® (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) Full & Renewal

For healthcare providers and others who might encounter pediatric emergency situations during their work, including: Nurse practitioners, Physician assistants, Emergency medical technicians, Respiratory therapists, etc.

  • What does this course teach? Improve outcomes for pediatric patients by preparing healthcare providers in assessment, early recognition, prompt communication, and initial intervention in patients with respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest. Topics include:

    • Performing BLS consistent with the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC)

    • Evaluating a seriously ill or injured child by using the pediatric systematic approach

    • Applying effective team dynamics

    • Demonstrating initial stabilization of a seriously ill or injured child, including a child with cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or shock

 

CPR & First Aid Programs

  • Heartsaver First Aid & CPR/AED

    • The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid & CPR/AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

    • Who should take this course?

      • The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid & CPR/AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
